To achieve our mission and our objectives we have a team of dedicated professionals in the firm with wide practical knowledge on experience in their fields of specializations.

At present we have a total number of 50 staff members.

The firm is divided into three main groups dealing with specific tasks namely:

a)      Auditing

b)      Taxation

c)      Auxiliary or Supporting Staff

                                                i.            The Auditing staffs are made up of qualified or semi-qualified professional accountants who strive very hard to provide quality audit work basing their work on the laid down procedures in accordance with the international standards of auditing.

                                                ii.            Taxation staffs are qualified and some of them have over 40yrs experience in all aspects of taxation both local and international.

·        They advice clients of their tax obligations

·        Compate tax liabilities from the given income.

·        Complete and submit clients return forms of the Kenya Revenue Authority advising clients of the due dates.

·        Enter into correspondence with the K.R.A on behalf of clients and agree the taxable income.

·        In their presence the K.R.A conduct in depth examinations and investigations. These are deact with personally and not left to the mercy of client PLUS K.R.A staff.

                                                iii.            The auxiliary staff support the two groups mentioned above in daily office chores.

                                                iv.            Apart from the above, we enlist the services of our sister firms which deals with specialized activities such as secretarial services, formation of new companies under Cap 456 of the company’s Acc. E.t.c.

                                                v.            Finally we would say that this is a ONE  STOP SHOP for all matters pertaining to the aforementioned activities.
